3. Service Description
Ridgepoint Learning provides financial education courses designed for mid-career professionals in Singapore. Our services include online learning programmes, course materials, instructor support, and related educational resources.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of our services.
Course schedules, content, and availability are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of significant changes that may affect their course experience.
4. Course Enrolment and Access
4.1 Registration
To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Course Access
Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will receive access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access typically remains available throughout the course period and may extend for a limited time afterward for review purposes.
4.3 Prerequisites
Some courses may have prerequisites or recommended prior knowledge. You are responsible for ensuring you meet any stated requirements before enrolling. We cannot guarantee course outcomes if prerequisites are not met.
4.4 Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Pricing
Course fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full before course access is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect courses already purchased.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment through methods specified during enrolment. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds may be available within 7 days of course enrolment if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials. After this period, or if you have accessed more than 20% of the content, fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Taxes
All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Singapore law. Tax rates may change, and fees will be adjusted accordingly.
6. User Responsibilities and Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

You may not download course materials except where explicitly permitted for offline viewing. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our content.

11. Termination
